Privacy policy

Noi AB is responsible for your personal data and processes only what is needed to run the service and take payment.

We store what you type in the search box, what the search found and the reports you unlock. No profiling.

When you search or start a review, we keep your IP address for a day, to count the day's free searches and limit how many are started. It is used for nothing else. With Bas or Plus, searches are counted on the account.

Your account lives with our sign-in service, which holds your e-mail address, name and password. Here we keep only that the session exists and whose it is, for seven days. Signing out deletes the session. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and e-mail address from them, nothing more.

When you start a review signed in, the account's e-mail address is stored with it so that we can tell you how it went. Signed out, it is tied to the browser by a random cookie, and signing in on the same browser moves it to the account. When you unlock it by card, the address the payment was made from takes its place. When you take out Bas or Plus, Stripe sends the receipts to the same address, and we keep which subscription belongs to the account, which plan it is on and how long it runs.

The search is read, and the report written, by an AI service at an external provider. What you type in the search box, the listings and the public documents they lead to are sent there. Nothing about you goes with them.

If you want to live near an address, it is looked up at OpenStreetMap to find it on the map.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details never reach us.

We use providers for hosting, sign-in, e-mail and payment. Some of them process data outside the EU/EEA, with the safeguards data protection law requires.

The cookies we set keep you signed in, remember your language and which reviews the browser started signed out. We use no tracking cookies. The list of reviews you opened, under "My account", is kept in your browser, never with us.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to us.
